Thank you for all the hard work you’ve done for this AI hobby. Your website is a gem and the amount of work you’ve shared is.. I don’t have words. Yes, I’m as grateful to other painters, modelers and contributors, but, for a niche such as AI world, and on top of that an even narrower corner, retro stuff, repaints AND models… (and a long lasting support for FS9, even if that doesn’t apply right now)

Thanks so much for the nice words. I have been doing this for about 28 years now, and even though I am presently not very active in the community, I am still working on stuff in the shadows. There will be more additions to the website in the near future, as well as some other stuff in the military AI realm. I haven’t decided whether to post my military stuff on MAIW or my own website, but I might do both. Most of my current work (except for FSPX) can be backwards-converted to FS9 standard if need be.

For FS9 specifically, I believe we can manage (and behave: personal private tweak only). Over the years, the tools are there, the passion well matured. The way I see it, it seems the trend is leaning towards live action on recent simulators, quite hard to just sit back (not fly) and watch uninterrupted AI unfold (with the planes and colors one identifies himself in)
